Pourya Wood at a Glance

Progress and development in any country depend on the knowledge, facilities, and equipment available within it. Applying scientific ideas to production and the commercialization of products also requires implementing them in well-equipped, up-to-date factory environments. Accordingly, Pourya Wood Factory was established to meet woodworking needs by utilizing the country’s modern facilities. The initial core of this factory was formed in 1992 (1371). At that time, operations began with a team of three people, using simple and basic machines in a 30-square-meter workshop. Today, Pourya Wood has expanded its activities in consulting, design, and execution of professional decorative systems, interior decoration and architecture, as well as office equipment and conference/seminar halls, meeting rooms, executive offices, guesthouses, and commercial, administrative, recreational, cultural, educational, and tourism complexes. With the help of its experienced experts and specialists, the company has successfully carried out a large number of projects. Pourya Wood is currently one of the well-equipped factories in Isfahan, located on a 1,200-square-meter site, with more than 25 years of unique manufacturing experience and a workforce of 100 unskilled, semi-skilled, and skilled specialists in woodworking, cabinetry, design, and architecture. The company has obtained the National Standard License, ISO certificates, and a plaque of appreciation in entrepreneurship. Through extensive cooperation with municipalities and universities across the country, this factory has closely collaborated on major projects. Among the key activities of Pourya Wood are the execution of large-scale residential and administrative projects inside and outside Isfahan. This factory aims to take a major step forward in the production of wooden and MDF products by increasing production capacity, cooperating with overseas factories, establishing an R&D department, and recycling wood and MDF waste to reduce energy consumption and protect the environment.

The operation of two halls—MDF and carpentry—provides the materials needed for interior decoration projects across the city. In fact, the factory is the main and professional supplier, and in a sense the “mother” of projects. Building execution activities are divided into different sections:

1 - Kitchen

The kitchen is the heart of a home…. A short and clear sentence that explicitly expresses the importance of the kitchen’s role. The kitchen is a place that—one might say—has an astonishing magnetic quality that brings family members together. Therefore, a unique kitchen plays a truly miraculous role and directly and indirectly has a positive impact on the home and its members. Correct and scientific design, ergonomic principles, and the use of the newest accessories and fittings in the kitchen are advantages that set Pourya Wood apart from other designers.

2 - Hall and Living Room

One of the main parts of any home is its hall and living room. Therefore, accurate and proper design of this section plays a key role in the overall beauty of a home. Wood-based designs—including wooden wall panels, shelf partitions, consoles, wardrobes, décor units, and TV stands—are among the elements that can make a home feel more distinctive. This factory has performed in a remarkably unique way in executing living room and hall decoration projects.

3 - Bedroom

Using wardrobes, beds, and desks in residential spaces is an inseparable part of any bedroom. It should be noted that designing the bedroom space is of special importance and plays a significant role in mental well-being. Experienced staff and specialized forces—by considering environmental psychology—have been able to provide customers with a beautiful and calming environment.

4 - Commercial

Today, there is intense competition in the commercial arena among different businesses; therefore, it is necessary to use every advantage to attract customers. One of the factors that plays an important role in capturing customer attention is the appearance of commercial offices and stores. Specialists have tried—with unique and eye-catching designs—to properly fulfill their responsibility in influencing customer attraction through commercial spaces.

5 - Bathroom and Restroom

The use of cabinets is not limited exclusively to kitchens. Today, in many places that are more related to washing and water exposure—such as bathrooms, restrooms, and laundry rooms—cabinets are used to optimize space. Using bathroom- and service-related accessories inside cabinets gives your space a luxurious look and also provides comfort.

6 - Doors

Pourya Wood operates fully professionally in producing various types of doors. Due to a wide range of designs and the use of the latest cutting, tooling, and CNC machines, it is considered one of the best door manufacturers in Iran. It can be said that it has a strong presence in Iran’s modern art and industry.

7 - Office

Wood products are highly visible in office sections—such as conference tables, office desks, and interior partitions—because they give a formal and dignified appearance to the space. Therefore, smart design and execution of these items have a very significant impact on the perception of employees and visitors. A distinctive design in these environments can become a competitive advantage for an organization. All factory activities—both in the workshop section and the building execution section—are the result of the endless efforts of skilled and semi-skilled human resources, as well as the administrative team. From the CEO’s perspective:

I am Majid Azarbaijani, born in 1970, CEO of Pourya Wood. For nearly 30 years, I have been serving the city of Isfahan in the field of wooden products.

In 1991, I established the initial core of my work in carpentry and MDF in a small workshop. At that time, the company’s activities began with three employees, using simple and basic machines, in a workshop with an area of 30 square meters.

From the very beginning, I had a dream of entrepreneurship and serving society. Along this path, through great effort and by accepting both failures and successes, I gradually expanded my small workshop.

Thus, after several years, the Pourya factory was established with the aim of meeting wood-related needs using up-to-date global technologies, as well as creating employment opportunities.

Over the past years, our brand has taken effective steps in the production of wooden products, and we are very pleased that annually we have successfully completed nearly 150 private and governmental projects with the highest level of quality.

Currently, the Pourya factory is organized into specialized departments, including administrative, design, CNC, workshop, executive, and construction sections, each of which is managed by experienced professionals.

Throughout this period, we have consistently sought to benefit from the latest global knowledge and technologies in every part of the factory. Therefore, with the help of consultations and annual research, we have introduced new machines almost every year or upgraded existing ones, and we have made efforts to use the expertise of university-educated specialists across different departments.

As the years passed, through continuous study and daily experience, I realized that entrepreneurship and fame alone are not the ultimate goals; rather, one must solve a real problem in the world.

Since 2009, by defining a new strategic direction for our activities, I have selected three key principles as the main vision: promoting modern capitalism, employing individuals who are heads of households, and providing proper support for capable university-educated talents.

Future Development Plans of Pourya Wood:

  1. Localization of wood production knowledge using domestic materials

  2. Recruitment of specialized staff, especially in the field of R&D

  3. Training skilled professionals in cooperation with provincial universities

  4. Supporting academic research projects and student theses
